Long Term Rentals Manager.  Robert comes to us with an extensive background in the hospitality industry.  His family owns a lodging establishment in Boothbay Harbor, so he pretty much grew up in the business.  As well, he has worked in the south coast for many years now for a major lodging destination.  We are fortunate to have his experience and unswerving dedication to customer service.

Maintenance Supervisor.  With a great background in property maintenance, Jim is our greatest asset during the summer when minor things go wrong at properties. He is a capable painter, carpenter, appliance repairperson and jack-of-all-trades.
